You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with Boaz, including any data connected through Meta or WhatsApp.

Please include the email address or mobile number associated with your account. We will verify the request and process deletion in accordance with our retention and legal obligations.

What happens next

We confirm we have received your request and may ask you to verify your identity.
We delete or anonymise your personal data, including your WhatsApp consent record and mobile number, and stop sending you messages.
We aim to complete requests within one month and will tell you when it is done.

What we may need to keep

Some records, such as completed compliance, safety and financial records, may have to be kept for a legal or contractual period. Where that applies we keep only what is required, restrict its use, and delete it when the period ends.

If you just want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages from Boaz, email [email protected] and we will withdraw your WhatsApp consent.
