Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Boaz, including the Boaz website, the Admin Portal and the Engineer App. By using Boaz you agree to them. If you use Boaz on behalf of an organisation, that organisation's agreement with us also applies and takes precedence where it differs.
The service
Boaz is a field service and compliance platform for scheduling, recording and evidencing work on assets and sites. We may improve, change or withdraw features over time.
Accounts
Accounts are provided by your organisation. Keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
Acceptable use
- Only use Boaz for lawful business purposes.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Only enter information you have the right to use, and keep records accurate.
- Only send messages (including WhatsApp messages) to people who have agreed to receive them.
Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into Boaz. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Boaz available and secure, and the Engineer App is designed to keep working offline, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from inaccurate information entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and ending use
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk. Your organisation can close its account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
